Refund Policy
At Everwell Co., all of our products are made to order with care and intention. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to sizing, color preferences, or change of mind.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept return requests for items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly printed or fulfilled
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email info@everwellco.ca with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps if it qualifies for a return or replacement.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Orders with incorrect sizing or customer input errors
- Non-defective, made-to-order items
