At Everwell Co, all products are made to order with care.
Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and production before your item is shipped.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Times

After processing, estimated shipping times are:

  • Within Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location, customs, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive to meet all expected delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your local government.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly submitted addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@everwellco.ca.
We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet entered production.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive a tracking number for each package if this occurs.
